After receiving your order, we conduct quality control checks and testing in order to ensure product quality prior to shipment.

Orders typically take up to 2-5 business days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing times may take up to 14 days.


As our goods are dispatched from different warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our products ship from the same warehouse. U.S orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping methods for International Orders will vary based on the shipping address provided.

Below are the average transit times:

  • United States and Canada: 8 - 15 Business Days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10 - 15 Business Days
  • United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Ukraine, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland: 12 - 25 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 15 - 30 Business Days

Please note that if you are waiting for your package to arrive, there is a 99.9% chance it will arrive within the delivery window.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.

In any event, we are here to help you be a satisfied customer.

When you submit an order through our secure checkout process, we go through the a step-by-step procedure to ensure that your order gets shipped on time.  At each step, you will be notified by email so know what stage your order is currently in.

Here is Our Easy 4-Step Shipping Guide:

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION - When you place your order, we confirm the items that you ordered as well as the payment received. This email lists a summary of the items you ordered and the address where your order will be shipped to.

  2. ORDER PROCESSING - Once your payment has been cleared by the bank, your items are packaged and prepared to be shipped for the next business day. You will receive an email when your order is safely packaged and ready to be shipped. You can expect this email within 2-4 business days.

    If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

  3. SHIPPING - Once your order has been processed and shipped, your package will be in transit from the warehouse. Depending on the warehouse location and the country we are shipping to, this should take typically 5-15 business days. Please see the shipping times in our Frequently Asked Questions.

  4. OUT FOR DELIVERY - When your package arrives in your local area, you will receive another email when it is out for delivery. Your package should be delivered within 24 hours. Once you receive this email, please verify that the package has arrived in your mailbox. You will also receive another email when the package has been delivered.


  1. How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and shipping destination. Our standard US shipping cost starts at $4.95 depending on the order weight and quantity. International shipping starts at $7.95 depending on order weight and quantity.  
  1. How do I track my packages?
    • Depending on the shipping provider, a majority of shipments will have a tracking number to track your order. You can also reach out to our customer support desk at [email protected] to ask questions anytime.
    1. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • Since we ship on demand, we have a large assortment of products stocked in separate warehouses.  When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
      • We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
    1. I placed an order but I did not receive a order confirmation email. What's going on?
      • Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email , please email our support team at [email protected].
    1. May I make changes to my order/shipping address?
      • We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at [email protected]  ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises. 

      • If the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate offices and we will swap it for the correct item.
